Do not use Travelstart aka Travel(non)Start(er)

It was impossible to effect payment (the card payment page kept on hanging) and there was no EFT option possible with Investec, and I was advise to make payment via my bank, which U promptly did. I sent POP and was told by *** on 26 Oct that as soon as it reflects, they will let bookings now to issue by updated ticket. When I followed up today, 31 Oct, I was issued with a new quote at a higher amount, as, apparently, the message that I did pay was not passed through back to bookings. When I called, the person who I spoke to battled to understand me (not a South African accent). he did indicate that he would escalate to his supervisor. This is not the first time I have had issues with Travel(non)Start(er).
