Do Not Use TravelStart
TravelStart is probably the worst booking agency in our world today. I have been trying to reach out to them for 2 weeks to change my wife's booked flight date from Johannesburg to Savannah Georgia. The current date is now in 2 days, and they haven't been picking up calls. I called them countless times, and held the line for 30 minutes each time, no picking up. Their email channel is useless, you get responded to by machines, that are lame and cannot help you. If you want peace of mind, do not use TravelStart. I repeat, do not use TravelStart. Booking ***

28 Nov 2022, 20:10This case was resolved. TravelStart called me abruptly, apologised and resolved my issue in minutes, free of charge. The experience when they called was quite great.
