Do not use Travelstart

The experience my Family is having with Travelstart

In June I booked a ticket from Johannesburg to Cape Town Via Travelstart to fly in July. In July the President cancelled all traveling out of Gauteng.

I was requested to cancel the flight from my side and requested a voucher. On double checking the vouchers against my original ticket purchased I was shocked to see that it is R671 less than wat the original purchase price was.

On investigation I was told that Travelstart took a further R671 after they already took there commission on purchasing the ticket. I was told to whatsApp them by Flysafair. What a joke. There is not a option to ask the abovementioned question and nobody ever phone you. This is daylight ******.
