Do not use travelstart!

Please do not ever use travelstart!

We made a booking through them, accidentally made a name error (that was on us) they charged us +-R18 000 to change the name and stating we would receive +-R16 000 back in 6-8weeks. It took is HOURS of calling to get them to change the name.

Now 8+ weeks later we had to follow up, they stated they send us a payback request one week ago that we had to accept in order for them to pay in back (we never received this email)

Finally managed to accept the payback request only to receive an email stating it would take 6-12 weeks until we receive payment. They also stated it might take longer die to world crises.

Crazy!!! Do not ever use them!!!
