Do not use travelstart

This is just a heads up to anyone who is thinking of using the travel agency TravelStart to book your tickets. Think carefully because the service has been absolutely poor.

I have now booked 3 tickets with them in an attempt to get to Korea. All the flights were cancelled.

The first flight I used as a suspended flight to book my 2nd flight. However Qatar cancelled. I tried to get a new flight with the funds they had of mine. They did not and it was an urgent matter. I then had to book a completely new ticket with other funds. This airline did not let me on the flight due to only A1/A2 visa holders being allowed on. I attempted to get a hold of their emergency line which no shocker there, they did not even get back to me. At this point they don’t even care about their customers as they state they are helping customers who’s flights are within 72 hours (mine was in 3 hours) no help there. I now wanted to get a flight tomorrow to Korea but hey, TravelStart has not even attempted to get back to me even after about 10 WhatsApp and emails on their forum 🤷🏼♀️

I now am trying to get a flight Saturday to Korea but again I am unable to get a hold of TravelStart.

I understand they must be inundated with cancelations and changes but this service has been absolutely, disgustingly poor.

They are now putting my work in jeopardy because of the poor service. I could book new tickets with the airline but TravelStart is sitting with 2 sets of payments of mine so I cannot do that 🤷🏼♀️

So here’s a heads up DO NO use TravelStart as they honestly do not care and do not get back to you.

You cannot even message them on Facebook or post on their page 😂 let alone tag them in a post so 🤷🏼♀️ don’t even bother using them
