DO NOT USE TRAVEL START

I made use of Travel Start to book a ticket and WOW i've never dealt with such a useless company in all of my 42 years. I wouldn't even give them half a star ! They are a bunch of ******** !! Firstly you cant talk directly to them should you wish to contact them.. The bounce you between their website and whatsaap which is totally useless on both platforms as its all random generated questions so you can't speak to someone directly 99% of the time. My ticket got cancelled at the start of corona and when i asked for a refund they said that i couldn't get a refund but rather i should book a flight when we able to fly again. Well its day 3 of trying to book another flight and now on both platforms i get no response so basically i would need to pay again DEFINITELY NOT CHOOSING TRAVEL START !! Even with when asking to book another ticket i was told i would need to pay in another R1500 for the changes, what a waste of R2600 !! DAMN USELESS BUNCH !!
