Do not use middleman book directly with airlines. Absolutely no benifit using Travelstart.

I will never use Travelstart ever again to book tickets. We had to cancel our flights weeks before the flying dates due to a family tradegy. Travelstart just billed us R1000 refund processing fee and informed us that we would only be refunded R9000 of the original R15000 ticket. They demanded that I pay the R1000 prosessing fees emmediately before they process the cancellation and ticket refund. So I paid emmeadiately onlt then to be told that my refund will take between 6 and 12 work weeks. BOOK DIRECTLY WITH AIRLINES DO NOT USE THESE MIDDLE MEN. Ridiculous Travelstart.
