Do not take a chance by booking with Travelstart

There is NO aftersales service. I have been requesting cancellation of a booking for over a week-No response. Nothing. I am approaching the deadline by which flight cancellation will be allowed by the airline without late cancellation fees, I informed TS of this several times, yet NO ONE has actioned my request. I have been trying to contact them for days now- impossible to get ANY human contact. Terrible company to work with.DO NOT take a chance with your money by booking with them.
