Do not recommend booking with Travelstart AT ALL.

I have had major problems with my booking throught Travelstart and they have put me in a very bad position financially. I book booked through Travelstart and the payment went off. When i got to the airport for my first flight i still did not recieve my E-ticket. After contacting them with no success I had to purchase another ticket. I tried contacting them before my next flight to resolve the problem to which they rep**** by canceling my Tickets without a reason why and without assisting me with another flight. By this time i was a few hours away from my next flight which resulted in me buying another ticket. I ended borrowing money to pay for the tickets which resulted in a total of R35000. This placed me in a very bad financial position as I am traveling home for medical reasons and have liitle to no money left to seek further medical attention. I have contacted them again to which they rep**** that te problem has been resolved but nothing has yet been done. I do not recommend booking with them and am very dissipointed and frustrated in the results.
