DO NOT DEAL WITH TRAVELSTART!

Travelstart keeps sending out emails for people to buy tickets from them. This is a warning: DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! They are full of empty promises! I'm waiting for a refund for tickets bought in 2020 for flights that were cancelled due to COVID. Each time I email them I get a reply that a refund is due, but no refund! They are quick to take your money, but slow in their reply when there's a problem. Please make it your New Year's resolution to buy tickets elsewhere!
