Do not book with Travelstart!!!!!!!

If I could give Travelstart 0 stars I would. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years but I will never book a flight through them again. Not only has it been impossible to get hold of anyone to amend my flight directly on the phone (I always get told to wait 48 hours for a response), but when they do finally email with a response and say "Let us know if you accept this itinerary change", the inbox is a no-reply inbox (!!!!!). Who bills someone R12,000 just to push a flight out by 2 weeks???? They have been unresponsive, unhelpful, and completely ridiculous with their change fees. Do not book with Travelstart
