Do not book with Travelstart

Regarding booking AE***0, service from TravelStart has been dismal.

I have been in touch with TravelStart several times through different channels and when they have bothered to reply, the response has been automated which does not address my query (not a difficult one).

I made a booking, which is four flights with Qantas at the beginning of the year.

Qantas are offering travel vouchers for the value of my booking if we want to cancel our flights. Travelstart have claimed over email that they will honour any such offer from airlines to their end customers. but do not seem willing to do so or willing to assist in doing this.

I have repeatedly requested TravelStart assist with this request, firstly in confirming the value of the vouchers, but every time they have failed to assist and respond to my follow up queries and I have lost faith of any support. Despite a generic email from the TravelStart CEO yesterday stating the opposite, I do not believe they are trying to assist in the slightest.

Do not book with TravelStart!!!
