DO NOT BOOK THROUGH TRAVELSTART - BIGGEST ****

I had to change flight for an emergency. The airline confirmed cancellation was fine and within the allowed time. they advised refund would have to be processed by Travelstart. No one to speak to, eventually someone emailed back and made it very clear refund depended on the airline and might take up to a year. Disgusting! Do not use them and warn everyone you can against this ****. Looks like their big business is now de*****ing customer refunds
