Do not book through Travelstart - be warned.

I have booked a business class ticket and 2 economy class tickets to Paris through Travelstart. I have used them extensively in the past but have never had to have a query resolved. Now that I do I cannot get any resolution. There was a problem with the name they booked which does not match my passport, trying to get this resolved has proved impossible. I have paid additional money for this to be fixed and still nothing. They keep saying they will get back to me, but I hear nothing. I am supposed to fly in June but if my ticket is not changed this will not be possible. In the meantime I have spent over R50k and I can get no answer from them. Be warned, do not book with Travelstart at any cost.
