Dissapointing service delivery at travelstart
I have submitted a cancelation request on my booked flight to KZN, due to the emerging weather conditions, flooding and road closures. 30hrs later, and still no response. I have tried contacting them via phone, e-mail and online, but have not been able to get hold of them. When making a booking and paying, the process goes very quick and smoothly, but when cancelation or refund is requested, you dont get any service at all. This is extremely frustrating, and the service delivery is beyond pathetic. Im am extremely dissapointed, and will not deal with them again in future.

We've called up your booking and see you contacted us the evening of the 13th April our team responded via email the following morning via email:

FlySafair is a non-refundable airline and we can therefore not assist with a refund.
You can however do changes to the name, route and dates on the existing ticket., this can be
changed on the airlines website directly or you can give them a call.
Number: *** The reference number is ***xx and ***xx
Please bare in mind, changes must be done at least 24 hours prior to departure.""
One can also opt to receive a voucher from Fly Safair via their website. They do charge a cancellation fee from their side.
Kindly note all changes and voucher requests need to be done minimum 3 hours or more prior to date and time of departure.
The airline check-in reference numbers were put in the email sent.
