I bought a return international ticket from Copenhagen to Cape Town, the payment went through - R 13 640, but your website timed out without issuing my ticket or reference number. I immediately sent an email and query on the website only to be told the portal is no longer in use. I then reached out to you via Whatsapp as i sit in Copenhagen, only to be told that you need a reference number. You took my money without issuing my ticket or reference number. It is impossible to get hold of anyone. Please do not use this platform to book tickets, it is impossible to speak to anyone. PLEASE WHATSAPP ME, dont call me as I'm in Europe and unable to take calls.
