Disgusting travel agent service

I have to fully retract my statement I made end last year about this so-called travel agent. Here I am trying to rebook a flight, and do you think they would have the courtesy of phoning me or answering my emails if I ask them to? No, they couldn't give a damn about their client now that they have money from me - disgusting. There is no phone number listed and you wait for over a week to get a response via email which does not help me. I need to speak to a HUMAN, or do they not employ any?????
