DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM TRAVEL START

Absolutely appalled at the service from Travel Start! Don't answer emails! Have not refunded over R2000 they STOLE from me!!!! And they did NOT FOLLOW PROPER PROCEDURES!! I am seriously disgusted in the service as well as the stupid app! Why have an app that does not work properly!!! CAN YOU RESPOND TO MY EMAIL AND CONTACT ME PLEASE!!!!!!
