Disgusting service
I'm trying to get hold of an agent to process a refund. After numerous attempts on whatsapp no one has bothered to call me. Please call me. It's absolutely ridiculous that I have to pay additional R6000 to book flights to Johannesburg. Also have the ombudsman number handy , I would like to log a complaint. I'm utterly disappointed in travelstart and their service as well as the airlines.

I have checked the booking and can see that an agent had tried to call on 29 September to assist you with the booking. We have advised that you may email us on help @ travelstart .com and feedback @ travelstart .com to obtain assistance and provide us with a date range you would like us to check for you.
