Disgusting feedback - F#%%All response

Disgusted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! is actually an understatement

i booked a flight through travel start to travel from JHB to CPT in the am and return from CPT to JHB in the afternoon. however once payment was processed the direction of the flight was reversed! i have waited more than 2 hours on their useless whatsapp platform for a response so that i can have this issue resolved and the direction of the flight changed to what i booked! i am so disgusted that there is ****all call center and we are just left high and dry waiting!
