Disgusting

Disgusting service. Retired Customers stranded in the middle of nowhere. After paying for services not received. Spending more that 48 hours to get home. Is this a "joke " No!!!. This is what my family had to go through. And then they have the audacity to claim money for their mistake.. This is not exceptable by any any standard in my books, not as a paying costomer. They were approached as they advertise they deal with outgoing flights, yet the leave there customers stranded in a foreign country without any means of communication. This appalling service should not even be allowed on the Internet. I hope that my family will recover from this devistating experience provided from Travelstar. I brought them abroad to experience a life without stress and all they experienced was stress due to Travelstar. Thanks for ruining our most and final experience together..
