DISGUSTING

Another company with disgusting service. They have a landline with a number always with the answering machine inserted even during working hours, if you call them during normal working hours the answering machine will tell you that you are calling after working hours, then tell you to leave a message ( which obviously you cannot leave because the line falls earlier). They have WHATSUPP service, even worse! You can safely send thousands of messages and they will never get back to you. I forgot, they also have the email, but don't even think about it, you will receive an auto response where they thank you for contacting them, they will contact you within 24-48, (of which year and to be defined). I have a ticket canceled by the SWISS AIR company due to restrictions in Europe for those coming from South Africa. I paid 11,000 Rand, I asked for a refund and they told me I have to pay a penalty of 10500.00 Rand, now i contacted SWISS AIR and they said they don't have such policy, the flight has been canceled and the customer must be refunded in full. TRAVELSTART has a good South African company must make the cut on it, and what size cut !!!!! Companies like these should be ashamed to even exist.
