Disgusted with travelstart
Absolutely disgusting service - been trying since Monday to change a booking, the flight is today but have had no joy till now. Have completed online forms, sent watsapp messages, sent emails all with no joy at all. The fact that there isn't a call centre where you can speak to someone and get assistance is shocking. I will not recommend anyone booking though them as there is zero after service assistance.

I tried to call and assist with the change on the booking. I can see that the team had sent a quote on 16 February and we had not received a confirmation. Should you have not received the quote this could be that the email address provided is a work email and the system blocks our pricing email as it is viewed as spam due to a noreply address. I have now since changed the email to the gmail address you have provided here.
I will have the team requote and contact you again.
