Disgusted with lack of service Travelstart

This has been the worst experience ever. We made a booking for a staff member a few months ago to go on a tour in Europe. Unfortunately her visa did not come through for this country and we then had to reroute the flights. This is when our nightmare started. We called and asked Travelstart to cancel the connecting flight to Kiev and the return connecting flight from Bucharest as the flights already went thgouh Istanbul which is where we needed her to be. Her new tour is booked there. The agent who was on the line said that back office would need to quote me which they did. At this point they did not remove the flights. We mailed back two days later and asked if the quote was still valid and called them to advise what we needed. The agent confirmed the flights and we paid 3500.00 ZAR for the change, however when the updated itinerary came only the flight dates were changed. We then said they should just cancel the two legs that we dont need but they insist that they did not make the mistake and want more money again. Honestly I advise people to never book via Travelstart it's a constant holding on the phone and lack of assistance. I will never again use Travelstart and will advise everyone I know to do the same.
