Disgusted ****************

I am highly frustrated with Travel start and wouldnt recommend it to anyone, my mother and myself have traveled to the UK for family misfortune, however we noticed that our returning flights are not the same flights back they are a day apart. I contacted Travel start to see if they could change the dates so we travel together however they want to charge me a new ticket price as well as ridiculous admin fees this would mean that i would be paying for 2 tickets i could have paid this amount to travel business class. I have spoken to the airline who would of changed the dates at no charge as there is enough time to make the change, but they are unable to do the change as the ticket was bought through a 3rd party.
