Disgusted
Once again Travelstart has disappointed. I had to buy a new ticket in December as they did not get back to me in time and promised me a voucher. I am now ready to use it and once again can't get through to them. Every day wasted, the hotels get booked up. This is a real joke. They are absolutely pathetic!!!!

I am sorry that you are not happy with the service you have received thus far. I am aware that an agent has previously contacted you to assist with the rebooking and has advised that we would have to reachout to the airline. We have also escalated this as a matter of urgency, however our systems are currently down and will only be able to attend to the query once we are able to access the booking.
