Disgraceful service, ******* and pure utter bull****

It's with a very sad, heart broken, angry, confused and feeling a bit ********** heart to say this but my partner booked tickets in July 2021 for her mother and daughter for them to fly up from PE to Gauteng as the mother is not well and they havnt seen each other in years due to covid. She spent a total of R4000 for the tickets. As time comes when they about to fly, lock down happened again. They said they were going to either reschedule the flights for another date where inter provisional travel was open again or do a refund.. To our surprise they were only going to refund R276.00 per person😐 so we chose to reschedule the flights. They gave us a deadline for the end of April 2022 to use the flights. So we planned a Easter getaway in Durban in April but now we find out that the reschuled flights will cost us an excess amount of R1900 each which comes to R3800. This is almost the same amount as the original tickets that we booked.. bare in mind we planned out everything already, booked accommodation and put plans in place.

How can they break our hearts like this? Twice in a row denying what we worked so hard for in terms of our hard earned money spent. They getting richer but we get nothing out of it. If I don't get this fixed I will promise to make it known everyday and everywhere on all platforms that I'm a beyond ****ed off client🤞🏽 like ***.. We are deeply hurt financially, emotionally and mentally with regards to this situation.

Please do not ever use travelstart as u will travel straight to hell for free and they will bring out the other side of yourself that you haven't seen because it so shocking on how they rob people😔
