Disgraceful service and no way to contact anybody directly

Dear Tracey why is it only when I published a review on Hello Peter that Travelstart respond. i have now been on the phone for close to an hour waiting for somebody to respond. you first call center agent had no idea that the Mauritius flights had been cancelled and had no idea how to re-book the flight even though SAA has sent numerous e mails in this regard. Kindly contact me urgently on ********** . I am now going to cut the call to your number.
