DISGRACEFUL & DISGUSTING

I have a refund pending for over 2 months for a cancelled flight I bought from travelstart. Kylula has ignored me for ever, Travelstart promised to sort it out be retunr, well the person I spoke to Jeremy is not answering mails, and their phones are not answered, They have a what's up line that CAN NOT READ and keeps sending you the same message aback a million times, wonder why the bother with the stupid thing.
