Disappointing experience Travelstart
<p>I went online to book a flight and little did I know that the cost of the flight is R118 for Travelstart to process. So instead of paying R637 for the flight it ended up being R118 more. Nowhere did it reflect on the website that it would cost extra. I only found out when my account was debited within 5 mins after the transaction was concluded. I will definitely not make use of their services again because I expect transparency when I deal with any service provider.</p>

I regret that you were unhappy with the fees charged. Our website is a search engine which draws the best fares from the various airlines systems according to the search parameters entered by the client. For this convenience we do charge a fee.
The price which the client selects online already includes all fees and taxes and is the price which the client accepts when making the booking via Travelstart. We indicate that the fare includes all fees and taxes in the subtotal and grand total information before and after payment is made.
