Adding insult to injury, Travelstart (not even the airline) score 45 - 50% from your booking cancellation plus an extra R800 administration fee. Please read the negative reviews on every media platform and believe every complaint about this establishment. They are certainly not in business to serve you a pleasant traveller's experience. They are rather a traveller's financial trap.
