Disappointed in Travelstart
I made a flight booking on 17th May 2023, with Travelstart, paid EFT on the 17th May 2023 for the ticket. Next morning 18th May 2023 I got an email my flight is cancelled, they said they would refund me, it's now 27th May and still no money has been refunded to me.

28 May 2023, 06:35Travelstart, I'm still struggling to get my refund from Travelstart. Their excuse is that my branch code was not correct. It's now 12 days and still no refund, this after I was told because I'm same bank I should get my refund within 24 hours. The refund department has no contact nr or email. I'm dissatisfied and frustrated with Travelstar.
