Disappointed customer!

Reference Number ZA***2. Booked for a friend and requested a flight change ticket number 743706 and 743710 on the 31st of May. Received an acknowledgement of receipt but no one contacted me. Sent many emails, held on the line for 50 minutes, logged tickets but blatantly ignored. It is nearing the time of my requested date change and I am extremely disappointed in the service.
