Disappointed

I have never been so badly and terribly treated by any company in my life before. Travelstart I have been waiting for my money to be Refunded back to me as promised it's been 8days now and I was told that I will get my refund within 3-4 days. I can't get hold of them on the phone, their watsup " Lucy " is giving answers I don't know. I have send emails everyday but all the time I get different answers from different people telling me different stories. This has affected me so badly I have sleepless nights anxiety because I am not getting the correct information Travelstart i need my money I have to go back home I can't do anything all my plans are at standstill because of you I am so stressed. What a horrific experience 😢with Travelstart.
