Disappointed!!!

Disappointed in Travelstart during Desember we made bookings through CEM AIR which was grounded 1 day before we had to travel to George. We only received an email from Travelstart the previous afternoon telling us to make alternative arrangements because of CEM AIR that was grounded? How on earth can you find an air ticket with another company during DESEMBER their peak time. They were all fully booked, we tried numerous times. At last we had to take the city liner bus to be on time for the wedding we had in GEORGE. The guest house and car booking charged us full for the period we were supposed to be there. VERY VERY disappointing.
