disappointed!!!!

Arrived way on time for my flight just to here that there is no flight. Didn't reserve an email, sms, phone call letting me know of the changes and travelstart is refusing to take responsibility. I phoned their emergency number 8 o'clock in the evening with no answer, left a message and NO one phoned back. Phoned a few more times still no answer. This is costing me money, petrol money and possibly my job! Unbelievable!!! Unexceptional!! Not going to leave it here!
