While reserving, I made a mistake on my ticket and the airline policy do not permit to modify it. I had the chance to get In touch with Dino from travelstart an amazing person who helped me 4 days long, negociating with the airline company and coming back to me minute by minute, letting me know the evolution of the situation. And he did it, he helped me modifying it without paying anything!!
