DIDNT COMUNICATE THAT AIRLINE HAD GONE UNDER_ NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! My husband and I booked our trip to Thailand through them. Our flight back had 3 connecting flights and we were NOT informed that our last flight home was booked with an airline that had gone under. (a month Prior to us leaving for our trip!!!) We ran around frantically trying to find a flight that WE HAD PAID FOR that didn't actually exist!!! There has been no way of contacting them and we have been sent from pillar to post! Absolutely disgusting way to treat clients and completely ruined our trip back. I will NEVER use them again and will tell everyone I know how what a terrible company this is to use!
