Delays in refund
Delay in processing the refund and inconsistency in feedback received from the consultants when I make follow up on the refunds.
One of the consultants told me to wait for 14 days and there was still nothing even after I waited for 14 days.

As we do try to be customer centric and although there was a delay I do wish you would accept my apologies. We are currently looking into the case and will come to a swift resolution for you with regards to this. The manager on duty will be in contact with you throughout the course of the day, I do also sincerely regret to hear that you were dissatisfied with the service provided by us.
