Delayed refund
Booked a flight to go to Namibia in February 2015 , the flight was scheduled for 21st of March 2015 and I paid them immediately over R5 000. On Monday of the 16th of March I received an e-mail from them that the Flight is cancelled because FlyAfrica has no government approval. They advised me that the refund will be made in 6 weeks time, can you believe it I am suppose to make another booking so I can travel tomorrow and they say there is nothing I can do.<br> <br> I extremely unhappy with the way they have handled this issue, no sense of urgency.

I do regret the inconvenience caused as a result of the FlyAfrica flight cancellations. I note that our colleagues advised you on 18 March that we could do a refund once the bank account details were received due to the fact that you paid via EFT.
According to the details in the booking our colleagues has been in contact today to advise that the funds should reflect in your account tomorrow.
Once again I apologise for the inconvenience caused as a result of the unexpected cancellation of the flight.
