Delay in Refund
On 24 November 2023 I made a booking for a flight, after adding my card details and proceeding to pay, the charge went off but I received an sms that travelstart is unable to process my booking. I have been waiting since 24 November and today is 29 November but I haven't received the refund. I have been given many excuses by TS daily claiming the refund was processed, however it has not been processed and I am still waiting for it to be done.

It is 8 days now and I haven't been refunded or contacted by senior management
The agents have many excuses and when I ask to speak to management I'm just left hanging!
I feel ****** by Travelstart who refuse to refund me for tickets that were not issued in the first place!
