I booked yesterday to see my dad in hospital and was told by 17h00 that my dad would be transferred today. At the crack of dawn I contacted travelstart to cancel and after the 3rd phone call I was given a quote for refund of 25% of the amount I paid. This is just ridiculous and I would have been better off booking directly with the airlines instead of using them because they add their own penalties and admin fees. ****************.
