Daylight ******ies

I bought an airline ticket in 13 June 2021 via travelstart site. (***). Transaction was unsuccessful, then 20minutes later transaction was trough. Notified travelstart and airline as soon as I saw the transaction was through.

After some follow-ups, the airline advised the funds were transferred back to the agent "Travelstart" on the 30 June 2021. I did follow-up emails to Travelstart, but no refund as yet, it's been a year now. And all I get from Travelstart is "they will follow up and get back to me". But every time I'm the one who has to follow-up with them.

Sunil, Vivek and Shobhna are the people who responded to my emails and they promised to give me feedback and I'm still waiting for your feedback. I want my money back R621.00 and R190.00.

I don't recommend Travelstart to anyone, daylight ******ies.
