day time ******* in TRAVEL START

I paid over R14000 for our flights to Victoria Falls and had to cancel only my son' s ticket way earlier than we suppose to travel. They send me a quote that, out of 3500 I paid for this ticket, they said they will pay R1100 . Loosing 2 third of the amount. if its only that still not too bad. they say they will take 6 to 8 weeks to refund the money plus I received a mail saying I have to make a payment of R 250 for them to start the refund process. This is sooo bad , I will never book through Travel Start ever again. SO VERY UNFAIR :(
