After a glitch in the system, I contacted Shaun Mberengwa of TravelStart . His prompt response and action to my situation was outstanding. There was not a time that he did not commit to what he said he was going to do, going over and beyond of what I could have expected. I was then assisted with a flights and in no time what was a contentious issue, was resolved by Shaun in a calm collective manner.
