Customer service non existant

I booked flights for my son and I to Dallas TX via Dubai on Emirates(obviously through travestart) and due to travel ban due to covid ,we can not go. Tried contacting them telephonically....good luck with that....then by there whatsapp recommendation....good luck with the robot,and finally on the internet. I was told every time that some consultant would contact me.....good luck with that too. I can not believe they are still in business and are allowed to run this kind of operation.
