Customer Service Excellence from Travelstart
Priya was a lifesaver with my flight booking! I only got my UK Visa back on the day of travel, at 13h00, I called her and within an hour she'd booked my flight for that same night, getting the best rate, processed payment and the e-ticket, and I was on the plane at 20h00 that evening. She was helpful, courteous, had empathy to my visa nightmare situation and handled my request with great care!
