Customer Service

After publishing a bad review of the Customer Service at Travelstart, a Manager called me - her name is Melissa and she was very helpful in sorting the problems with my booking out. She tried her best with British Airways but they were very unaccommodating and refused to give me the same price for a reinstated departure flight. Thanks Melissa for sorting my booking out.
