******. Stay the hell away.

Honestly they are *******. I have been trying to change my flight (which had insurance purchased for date change at a cost of nearly 4K ) since 8 October. The original flight leaves tomorrow and despite daily attempts on my part its clear their plan is to have me miss the original flight costing us almost 30k or upsell us to a flight that costs double or doesn’t even go where we need it to. Each interaction is a delay tactic, these people are completely *********. Do not use these people!!! They are rotten from the top down.
