******** behaviour from Travelstart

Please dont ever use this company. We booked flights with travelstart on Qatar for a once in a life time visit to be with our son for Christmas. Qatar informed us our flights were cancelled due to EU banning travel from S.A. we were told to contact Travelstart for refunds or date changes. We have had no success in contacting them. Nobody gets back to us. They took our money and now no comunication from them. We send whattsapps using their chatbots, emailed them, contacted their page. Nothing, not a peep from them. Its disgusting to say the least. This is ******** behaviour from Travelstart!!!!! We will not leave this matter here!!!! Are there any other people who have had the same shocking experience with them.
